Good questions
How do I get the books?
Right after checkout, you get an email with your download links (PDF). They open on any phone, tablet or computer, and you can print them. Lost the email? Visit themetaboliccoach.co/pages/my-plan.
Do I need special ingredients or equipment?
No special ingredients: everything is from a regular US grocery store. Many recipes use plain Greek yogurt, cottage cheese or a scoop of whey protein to boost the protein. For equipment, a pan, a pot, an oven or air fryer and a blender cover almost everything. Only the 3 protein ice creams need an ice cream maker (like a Ninja CREAMi).
I can barely cook. Will this work for me?
Yes. Recipes have 2 to 4 steps, 90 of them take 20 minutes or less of hands-on time, and every page has a coach tip so you don't mess it up.
Which size should I pick?
Rule of thumb: under 2,000 calories a day, start with Small. 2,000 to 2,700: Regular. Over 2,700: Large. Not sure of your number? Take the free calculator at themetaboliccoach.co/pages/calculator.
Is this a subscription?
