Your Metabolic Strategy and every add-on (recipes, training program) are digital files delivered by email within minutes of purchase. Because you get instant access to the full content, all sales are final, except in the cases below.
When we will fix or refund your order
- You did not receive your files within 24 hours and we cannot resolve it.
- A file is damaged or will not open.
- You received a plan at a different calorie level than the one you selected.
- You were charged twice or charged in error.
Contact us within 14 days of your purchase with your order number. We reply within 1 to 2 business days and will either send you the correct file or refund you. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
