1. Check your inbox

Look for the email titled “Your plan is ready - The Metabolic Coach”. Tap the yellow Download my plan (PDF) button. Your link never expires, so you can come back to it as often as you need.

2. Can’t find the email?

• Search your inbox for Metabolic Coach.
• Check your Spam, Junk or Promotions folders.
• Make sure you are checking the email address you used at checkout.

3. Still nothing? We’ll resend it.

Send us your order number (or the email you used at checkout) through our contact form and we will send your plan again, usually within 24 hours.

Tip: once downloaded, save the PDF to your phone’s Files app or your Google Drive so it’s always with you at the grocery store.
